1. Acceptance
By installing or using Brainrot Cubed ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform store from which you obtained the App (e.g., the Apple App Store).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the App's source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the App or its assets.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Use automated tools to interact with the App.
4. Intellectual property
The App, its source code, artwork, sound design, music, and all trademarks remain the property of Dutiap and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Dutiap be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
7. Privacy
Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate them by uninstalling the App. We may terminate them at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends and you must uninstall it.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will appear at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction at that location, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
